Splunk Cloud requires opening a support ticket to define the IP range to be allowed to query the REST API over port 8089. Can you provide that IP range of the Cymulate servers that will be performing these queries?

The way the integration work is our agent that is installed on the machine running simulation from - reaches out to the Splunk product to retrieve results.
You have to make sure that this machine is able to reach out to Splunk (your internal network).
So you should provide them your IP that reaches out to them.
