Microsoft 0365 mail server and phishing campaign

We migrate our mail server to Microsoft 0365 mail server.

Since I cannot use the phishing campaign as the mails are put in the SPAM folder directly.

Can you help me in order to find a solution to avoid this behavior?

Here is the Phishing exclusions

Exclude the following IP address from anti-spam or anti-phishing protection: 168.245.71.63.

Whitelist the phishing domain - support-eu.lionnets.com (EU users only).
