What’s Changing?
We are deprecating some of our existing API endpoints related to retrieving findings. These endpoints have served us well, but it’s time for an upgrade.
The following endpoints are being removed from the API:
/findings/
/findings/filters
New and Improved Endpoints
Our new Findings API endpoints are designed to be faster and equipped with a broader range of data. These improvements are aimed at enabling more efficient and comprehensive data access.
The following endpoints are being added to the API:
/msfinding/api/v2/filters – Get all findings filters from the findings page
/msfinding/api/v2/search – Get all global findings from the findings page
/msfinding/api/v2/info/{findingID} – Retrieve additional information for a specific finding
Timeline for Deprecation
The old Findings endpoints will be deprecated on January 1, 2024. We encourage you to transition to the new endpoints before this date to ensure uninterrupted service.
